The 5 ton per day containerized block ice machine with integrated cold storage is a high-capacity industrial solution designed to produce 5,000 kg of block ice per day and store it safely inside a built-in cold room. It is widely used in international fishing hubs, seafood processing plants, meat and poultry factories, beverage producers, fresh produce exporters, and concrete cooling projects.

The integrated cold room keeps the ice at -5°C to -10°C, preventing melting and quality loss, especially in hot climates such as Africa, the Middle East, and South America. This ensures maximum efficiency and minimal waste.

The 5 ton capacity is ideal for medium and large seafood processors, tuna and shrimp plants, export terminals, and food logistics centers. Block ice preserves products at near 0°C, extending shelf life and maintaining export quality.

It is also essential for concrete cooling in ports, dams, bridges, and high-strength construction projects.
