The 4 ton per day containerized block ice machine with integrated cold storage is designed for medium and large-scale cooling operations. With a daily production capacity of 4,000 kg of high-density block ice, it is widely used in fishing ports, seafood processing plants, meat and poultry factories, dairy and beverage industries, fresh produce export centers, and concrete cooling projects.

The integrated cold room keeps the ice at -5°C to -10°C, eliminating melting and loss even in hot climates such as Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and South America. This ensures a reliable cold chain and reduces operational costs.

The 4 ton capacity is ideal for shrimp processors, fish filleting plants, slaughterhouses, dairy producers, and beverage bottlers where temperature stability directly affects product quality and export compliance.

It is also heavily used in infrastructure projects for concrete cooling, improving concrete strength and preventing cracks.

The containerized design allows fast installation without buildings or foundations.
