MACHINE À GLACE EN BLOCS DE TYPE MOBILE (CONTENEURISÉES)

The 3 ton per day containerized block ice machine is a compact yet industrial-grade ice production solution designed for coastal fishing communities, mobile seafood processing facilities, small ports, local food distribution centers, and regions where cold storage infrastructure is limited or non-existent. All refrigeration systems, freezing tanks, electrical panels, and control units are integrated inside a standard ISO shipping container, allowing the system to be deployed without any civil construction or building requirements.

With a daily production capacity of 3,000 kg of solid block ice, this containerized ice plant provides a reliable cooling source for fresh fish, shrimp, meat, poultry, fruits, and vegetables. In many parts of Africa, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and island nations, cold chain infrastructure is weak or unavailable, making block ice the backbone of food preservation and trade. Countries such as Senegal, Mauritania, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Oman, Yemen, and Madagascar widely use containerized block ice plants to support fishing ports and coastal communities.

Block ice has a long melting time, which makes it ideal for transportation over long distances in open trucks, fishing vessels, and non-refrigerated containers. It allows seafood and agricultural products to remain fresh for extended periods, reducing spoilage and increasing product value in local and export markets.

Beyond seafood, 3 ton containerized block ice machines are also used by beverage distributors, meat processors, rural cooperatives, disaster relief organizations, and military logistics units. Their ability to operate using generators or renewable energy sources makes them suitable for remote locations, emergency response zones, and temporary industrial sites.
