The 3 ton per day containerized block ice machine with integrated cold storage is a professional industrial solution designed to produce 3,000 kg of high-density block ice per day while storing it safely inside a built-in cold room. This system is ideal for fishing ports, seafood processors, meat and poultry plants, beverage producers, fresh produce logistics centers, and concrete cooling operations.
Thanks to its cold room integrated into the container, the produced ice is stored at -5°C to -10°C, preventing melting, loss, and contamination. Unlike conventional systems that require separate production, transport, and storage, this unit combines everything in one self-contained structure.
The 3 ton capacity is perfect for small and mid-sized fishing harbors, cooperatives, coastal fishing fleets, and fresh fish exporters. The block ice keeps fish at near 0°C from catch to delivery, extending shelf life and improving export quality.
